Disclaimer : I do not own any of GTA4 maps or content relating to “liberty city”. This game was a memorable part of my life and I want to use a map of liberty city to demonstrate how a top-down game can be made easily. I do not intend to make any money with this prototype and I hope this is seen as a work of fan art
